Please call us at 765.778.7686 to obtain a "Return Authorization Number". Please make sure you receive a Return Authorization Number from whisperingwillowartstudio.com before returning anything to us. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is broken. In that case, whisperingwillowartstudio.com will pay for the shipping back to our warehouse of the broken item with valid proof of damage. Our warehouse can only accept parcels with this number clearly marked on a return box. We charge a 20% restocking fee and will be glad to refund or replace your returned items (minus any shipping & handling charges). A Return Authorization will be valid for 2 weeks from the date it is issued. This is simply so that we can keep track of what is being sent back.
